Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free standard shipping may be available on orders above a certain value — check our current promotions for details.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.
